Using this site
mrfixyourchip.com is run by Mr. Fix Your Chip Auto Glass, serving Fresno, Clovis, Madera, and nearby communities. By using it you agree to what is written here. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What the site is and is not
The pages describe services we offer and work we have done. Nothing on this site is a binding quote, a guarantee that a particular service is available for your vehicle, or a promise of a specific price or appointment time.
A service request is a request. It is not a booking. Work is confirmed when we speak with you and agree on it.
Quotes and pricing
Any figure discussed before we see the vehicle is an estimate. Glass, calibration requirements, and parts availability differ by make and model, and what we find on arrival can change the job. We will tell you before the work starts if anything changes.
Insurance
We help customers with eligible auto glass claims, but we do not control what your insurer decides to cover. Coverage, deductibles, and approvals are between you and your insurance company.
Warranty
Installations carry a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle, covering workmanship issues such as air noise and water leaks. It does not cover new damage, rock chips, vandalism, accidents, or glass we did not install. Ask us about the coverage for your specific service before the work begins.
Photos you send us
If you attach a photo to a service request, you confirm it is yours to send. We use it to understand the damage and quote the work.
Photos on this site

Availability
We try to keep the site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors.
Liability
Our responsibility is for the work we perform, under the warranty described above and under California law. We are not responsible for losses arising from your use of this website itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
